NEW: Our new online booking system is now available:

· Cots, high-chairs and stair-gates are available free of charge (subject to availability). Please ask if you would like to reserve them.

· Bookings in school holidays and from May to September are weekly from Saturday to Saturday, in low season short breaks are available.

· Christmas and New Year 2010: flexible start dates for one week bookings over Christmas and New Year (Christmas Day is on Saturday and New Years Eve is on Friday). Short break bookings available for Christmas (minimum 3 nights) and New Year (minimum 4 nights).

· All prices include bed linen & towels (except swimming towels). No extra charges.

· All prices include electricity and heating in all cottages. No electricity meters.

· No surcharges for payments by debit or credit cards (except the following corporate credit cards: Visa Business, Visa Corporate and Visa Purchasing cards which will incur a 4% processing fee)

DISCOUNTS (only available with telephone bookings, not online bookings)

· Loyalty discount: 10% off for previous guests.

· Advance booking discount: 5% off bookings confirmed 6 months or more before the start date, 10% off bookings confirmed 12 months or more before the start date.

· Book two weeks and have 10% off the second week. Book three weeks and receive an additional 20% off the third week.

· Multiple bookings: 5% discount for each cottage booked on the same booking at the same time (minimum one week booking).

· Discounts are not exclusive and can be combined to give a much higher overall discount. e.g. book a two week holiday next summer, over six months in advance and having visited last summer and you will receive a 20% discount on the whole booking.
