Many children have learnt to swim as you can often have our swimming pool to yourself. We also provide a laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers and an iron
	Our indoor pool is 36' x 15' and kept at 82 degrees with the pool building at 84 degrees. (see tariff for available dates) There is a 9' x 6' paddling pool adjoining the swimming pool and plenty of seats for those who just want to view. Also in the pool building we have a sauna.
	There is a sunbathing area outside with loungers and a picnic table
	Our well equipped games room has a pool table, table tennis table, table football for the older children and adults and plenty of ride on toys and other playthings for the toddlers and smaller children
	The cottages are set in extensive gardens set to lawns and flower beds. We have an area set aside for a football pitch and a sand pit and swing.
	All our 8 cottages are on our farm and share the facilities on site.
